Blue Kangaroo Packoutz contents restoration company opens in Mesa - Daily Independent

Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, a commercial and residential contents restoration company, has opened its first location in Arizona at 7107 E. Southern Ave. Suite 101/103 in Mesa.

The business rescues and restores people's contents inside homes and businesses following man-made and natural disasters, often working alongside insurance companies to assess loss and reimbursements, according to a release.

"I am confident our business will make a difference and serve a real need," Shad Hardy, who owns the Blue Kangaroo Packoutz in Mesa, said in the release. "I know how hard and uncertain a time can be when one's life is uprooted by water or another form of damage or loss, and I hope to be a trusted business for people in my community. Our team is eager to build relationships with the residents through our business and become a trusted name people can rely on time and time again."

The business uses an inventory management system that carefully documents and tracks items through all stages of the packout and restoration process, the release states.

Digital photography and barcoding ensure transparency and enable the Blue Kangaroo Packoutz team to stay in touch with and provide regular updates to the customer throughout every step of the restoration process. Often salvageable items such as furniture, upholstery, artwork, electronics, documents and clothing are treated and restored to pre-loss condition, the release states.

"Our franchisees are with you every step of the way to ensure that contents and valuables are restored," Tim Fagan, president of Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, said in the release. "Shad is a valuable addition to the Blue Kangaroo Packoutz team."
